In the north of Mexico, tech companies in Monterrey have been working hard to re-skill their existing talent in time for the incoming wave of next-gen digital technologies.

One such company is Neoris, which has for years been benefiting from the city’s foundation of skills in ERP, business intelligence, iOS, and web. The company has been making heavy investments into re-tooling this talent for digital, leveraging their process skills and large enterprise architecture expertise to get there faster.

In this video interview, Carlos Diaz, Managing Director for Neoris, dissects the digital capabilities within the talent pool in Monterrey, explaining how the city and its talent is preparing for next-generation technologies.
